A membership platform, modernized.
The Washington Defender Association — a nonprofit serving Washington's public defenders — needed a modern front end and a much stronger back end for their popular membership site. Beyond the visual overhaul, the real work was the web app underneath: custom account management for 1,400+ members, a searchable document library of thousands of downloadable resources, and the backend systems to run it — with a UX that keeps dense, information-heavy content easy to navigate.
