Branding Sample (3.1)

HowtoHouse.com

Youtuber Monica Church approached us to help her monetize her large audience by helping her develop a brand for a new website project (which we she also asked us to do), where she connected her audience with vetted real estate agents.

The brand needed to compete with other brands already thriving in the space, like Homelight, while also communicating essential elements of Monica’s personal brand (like being friendly, practical, helpful, and modern).

We worked with the client to establish the brand voice, elements of the brand story, and the implementation plan.

Rebrand Sample (3.2)

Nourish Food Bank Re-Brand

Nourish Food Bank, formerly FISH Food Banks, is the largest network of food banks in Pierce County.

We developed a new name, look, and collection of brand collateral for Nourish.

“Our new name, Nourish Pierce County, reflects not only what we do, but also the way in which staff, volunteers, donors and our entire community work together to provide nutritious food to anyone who needs it,” explains Sue Potter, executive director of Nourish.

DEI Principles in Project

Because the brand had to represent and connect with a diverse group of stakeholders, including volunteers and clients in the broader community, much consideration had to be given to how the branding elements would be received by the community as a whole, and underrepresented folks, in particular. Careful attention was given to each element–even down to the skin color of the hands in the logo mark–given the disproportionate amount of people of color in the low-income neighborhoods which are served by Nourish.

Additionally the name itself was something that all representative stakeholders could feel ownership of. “Our new name, Nourish Pierce County, reflects not only what we do, but also the way in which staff, volunteers, donors and our entire community work together to provide nutritious food to anyone who needs it,” explains Sue Potter, executive director of Nourish.

The Institute for Functional Medicine AIC 2020

AIC is the annual conference for IFM. The conference explores the critical advancements in the field of medicine with relevant clinical applications backed by the latest evidence-based research. We worked in partnership with Rotator Creative to design the event brand and corresponding collateral and signage. Below are a few initial concepts:

The final design incorporates icons and textures from the functional medicine field while remaining vibrant and fun. Since the conference covers so many topics this design helped illustrate the diversity and range of topics explored at this conference.
