Popular Youtuber, Monica Church, approached us to create a website and webapp that would help her monetize her large online following. She had been focusing on more and more real estate content and was finding success in connecting her followers to agents she had vetted in different cities she had connections in. She tasked Eternia with creating a beautiful brand package and interactive site that could scale this process far beyond what she could manage manually.

The ultimate solution was a beautiful marketing site that funneled users towards an interactive quizlet webapp that used machine learning to match users to a stable of vetted agents the Monica had hand selected. On the agent side, we also created a backend that the agent could self manage their profile and even apply to be considered to be part of Monica’s preferred agents.

And of course, Eternia had to design one of our trademark maps for users to select the city or neighborhood they are interested in buying or selling real estate in.
