Get Happy at Home real estate website

Get Happy at Home

One page, a year of listings.

Get Happy at Home started as one agent — Matt Miner — and a big ambition. We took on a full-site redesign and built them a presence with room to grow into. They've grown into it and then some: today they're the number-one team in their entire office.

One page we designed did more than its share of the lifting. Over the following year, twelve clients told the team outright that a single neighborhood page was the reason they signed — proof that thoughtful design and the right local content can outperform a whole stack of generic features.

Built to feel like home.

An area page that does the heavy lifting — neighborhood feel, local hooks, and a clear path to get in touch. Twelve clients named it as the reason they signed.

Where it landed

From one agent to the number-one team in their office — and twelve listings in a year from a single page. The right design, pointed at the right audience, can outwork an entire feature list.
